Participants must provide accurate and current information when registering for classes, memberships, workshops, events, private sessions, or studio rentals.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to participate in adult offerings unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or otherwise authorized by the Studio.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account login credentials and for all activity associated with your account.

Soma Grace Studio offers yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, Reiki, energy healing, wellness education, coaching, workshops, and related services intended to support overall well-being.

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for monitoring your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• You will inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, limitations, or concerns that may impact participation.
• You may modify, rest, or discontinue participation at any time.
• You should consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

Participation in yoga, movement practices, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, Reiki, wellness programs, workshops, retreats, private sessions, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury or muscle strains
• Falls or dizziness
• Emotional release or unexpected physical or emotional responses
• Aggravation of existing conditions

By participating, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Reiki and energy healing services are complementary wellness practices intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.

Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, perform medical interventions, or interfere with the treatment plans of licensed healthcare providers.

Participation in Reiki or energy healing services is voluntary and does not replace professional medical, psychological, or mental health care.

To maintain a welcoming and supportive environment, participants agree to:

• Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with kindness and respect.
• Follow instructor guidance during classes and events.
• Respect personal boundaries and consent.
• Maintain appropriate behavior and language.
• Refrain from disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants.

Soma Grace Studio reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior negatively impacts the safety or experience of others.

Participants are encouraged to:

• Arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time.
• Silence all electronic devices.
• Remove shoes before entering practice spaces.
• Return props and equipment after use.
• Maintain cleanliness within the Studio.
• Refrain from wearing strong fragrances whenever possible.
• Wear comfortable and appropriate attire.

Late arrivals may be asked to wait until an appropriate time to enter the practice space.

Memberships, class packages, and promotional offers are non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by the Studio.

Unused classes, memberships, or packages expire according to the terms associated with the specific purchase.

No refunds will be issued for partially used memberships or packages except where required by law.

Soma Grace Studio may photograph, record, or film classes, workshops, events, or community gatherings for educational, promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.

By participating in Studio activities, you grant Soma Grace Studio and Beautiful Authentic Life, LLC permission to use photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, testimonials, and likenesses that may include you without compensation.

Individuals or organizations renting Studio space are responsible for following all rental agreement terms, maintaining cleanliness of the space, respecting occupancy limits, complying with all applicable laws and regulations, and carrying any required insurance coverage.

Renters assume responsibility for participants attending their events and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soma Grace Studio and Beautiful Authentic Life, LLC from claims arising from their use of the facility.

All Studio materials, content, logos, trademarks, recordings, class formats, written materials, handouts, graphics, website content, and educational resources are the property of Soma Grace Studio and/or Beautiful Authentic Life, LLC unless otherwise noted.

No materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Soma Grace Studio is not a healthcare provider and is generally not subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Any personal health information voluntarily shared with instructors, practitioners, or staff is treated with respect and confidentiality; however, such information is not considered protected health information under HIPAA.

Participants should avoid sharing sensitive medical information unless necessary for safe participation. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information regarding data collection, storage, and use.

Soma Grace Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting.
